THE SIXTH SEAL.
THE SEVENTH "TRUMPET".
THE SEVENTH "BOWL".
The revelations contained in the
scroll having the seven seals describe future events. (Rev 5:1. 6:1).
These precede the seven "trumpet" warnings and the seven
"bowls" of the wrath of God. Of greatest concern is the outpouring of
God's wrath, closing with His greatest wrath upon all nations.
THE SIXTH SEAL.
The sixth seal of
Revelation 6:12-17 reveals detailed information for mankind today,
indicating who will fall within the coming wrath of God, bringing it to a
finish. Despite many Divine "plagues" to bring men to their
senses, the full grown materialistic aspect of this "Esau" age has
produced unjustifiable spirit rebellion against God. (2 Esdras 16:19,20 NEB). We
are now on the threshold of the new "Jacob" age (valuing spiritual
things). And as there will be no interval between the ages, the spirits of the
majority of mankind will be completely disorientated by the arrival of the
"Jacob" age. (2 Esdras 6:7-10 NEB).
THE SEVENTH "TRUMPET" WARNINGS. (11:15).
The seventh
"trumpet" heralds the third "woe". Unlike the
first and second woes, the third woe is coming quickly. The final event of the
second woe was a "great earthquake" in the spiritual
"land", which
led to the deaths of 7,000 apostate men. (See
Page
12/11/85A).
It follows therefore, that "kings of the earth and the top ranking ones
and the military commanders and the rich and the strong ones and every slave and
every free person" who refuse to worship Almighty God shall receive the
outpouring of the seven "bowls" of wrath from "the face of
the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the
great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?" (6:12-17. 2 Thess 1:5-10).
THE SEVENTH "BOWL". (16:17).
THE FINAL ANGER OF GOD TO BE POURED OUT.
The power of the
wrath of God recently made manifest by the "sounding" of the
seventh "trumpet", which led to a "great earthquake"
in Mexico City killing 7,000 men, was merely the precursor to even greater
devastation. (10:7. 11:13). The outpouring of the seventh "bowl"
will commence with a worldwide "earthquake" within the spirits of
all mankind that will cause cities of the nations to fall! It will bring
an end to all those ruining the earth. (11:18). It will stop all tongues
of blasphemy against Almighty God. High ranking but corrupted spirits ("stars of heaven")
will fall from their heavenly positions. (6:13). Top-ranking ones ("mountains")
exalting themselves against God and cutting themselves off from Him ("islands")
will be removed, for they will not be able to live with the righteous Spirit
poured out "upon the
air" from Almighty God. (6:14. 16:17-21). But as for God's own people, His sanctified ones,
they will rejoice at the arrival of the Spirit they are being sanctified with,
and eagerly await the outpouring of the seventh "bowl" of the
righteous indignation of God. (11:18).
