THE ONE WHO "WILL MEET HIS END
WITH NO ONE The all-important point in regard to the above scripture is that when satan plants his "royal pavilion" of authority "between the Mediterranean and the sacred hill so fair" where the first tabernacle to Jehovah was set up, satan "will meet his end with no one to help him." (Dan 11:45 NEB & Moffatt). In the spiritual fulfilment, those who are occupying Christ's congregations in the spiritual "land" of God and have "given [satan] recognition" by putting in place "the disgusting thing that is causing desolation" will also come to their end. (Dan 11:31,39 & 7:25,26). This wonderful inspired event will bring to an end satan's reign on earth and herald the prophesied activity of The Christ Michael as he delivers the beloved people of God, everyone who is "enrolled in the book of life". (Dan 12:1 Moffatt). Faithful anointed sons of God shall be resurrected to everlasting spirit life in the heavens, as it is written: "Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will wake, some to everlasting life..." (Dan 12:2 NEB). (Note that it does not say, nor will there ever be, resurrections to an everlasting life back on earth). The most important prophecies concerning events in the "time of the end" of satan's reign are fully explained in The Opened "Little Scroll" and in spiritual essays on this website. The "Little Scroll" is the basis for the Judgement of God upon all mankind. (Zech 5:1-4. Rev 10:8-11). Surely, for the sake of one's salvation, one should search the
Word of God to discover what has been prophesied to occur in the Middle East,
particularly with reference to Lebanon, Israel and Egypt. (Click on: Lebanon 1, Lebanon

and Egypt). The
Word of God made known through Isaiah and
addressed to us "who dwell far away", is in order that we may
hear what the Lord is doing and has done. (Isaiah 33:13 NEB). This is what we have heard
with reference to Lebanon and Israel in Isaiah 33:7 "The valiant cry aloud for help". Now that this prophecy of God is taking place, next will be the Spirit "fire" of the Lord's Judgement: "Now, says the Lord, I will rise up. Now I will exalt Myself, now lift Myself up. What you conceive and bring to birth is chaff and stubble; a wind like fire shall devour you. Whole nations shall be heaps of white ash, or like thorns cut down and set on fire. You who dwell far away, hear what I have done; acknowledge My might, you who are near. In Zion sinners quake with terror, the Godless are seized with trembling and ask, Can any of us live with a devouring fire? Can any live in endless burning?"" (Isaiah 33:10-14 NEB).For further details click on: The Spirit "fire" of the Lord's Judgement The destiny of the righteous can be read in Isaiah 33:15-24. How wonderful and reassuring is the future for those spiritually obedient to God. 18/9/06. . |
