"EVERY LARGE JAR IS SOMETHING THAT GETS
FILLED WITH WINE." (From
Jeremiah 13:1-23).
THE REASON WHY GOD HAS
REMOVED HIS MERCY AND COMPASSION.
"And
you must say to them this word, 'This is what
Jehovah
the God of Israel has said: Every large jar is something
that gets filled with wine.' And they will certainly say to you, 'Do
we not positively know that every large jar is something that gets filled with
wine?' And you must say to them, 'This is what Jehovah has said: "Here I am
filling all the inhabitants of this land and the kings that are
sitting for David upon his throne and the priests and the prophets and
all the inhabitants of
Jerusalem with drunkenness.
And I will dash them one against another, both the fathers
and the sons, at the same time," is the utterance of Jehovah. "I shall show no
compassion, nor feel any sorrow, and I shall not have the mercy to keep from
bringing them to ruin.'""
(Jer 13:12-14).
THE SYMBOLIC "LINEN BELT" OF BEAUTY
IN JEHOVAH THEY RUINED. (See Jer 13:1-11).
Jehovah gave this
portent to Jeremiah so that all mankind would understand His Judgements over
them. His decision over peoples concerns their unchangeable stubbornness of
heart and gross pride in worshipping false gods.*

of The Signal as an example). Jehovah God asks: "What will you
say when you suffer because your leaders cannot be found, though it was
you who trained
them to be your head?" (13:21 NEB).
Another example* is the
"disgusting thing" "standing in a holy place". These teraphim are
family gods. (For evidence see Pages 863A and
849).
THE "LARGE JAR" AND "DRUNKENNESS".
Having been
without Spirit "wine" of God for such a long time as a consequence
of their deliberate rejection of its supply through His anointed temple sons (1
Cor 3:16,17), to suddenly be filled with such a large quantity of His Spirit
beyond one's spiritual development will cause apostates spirit
"drunkenness". (13:13).
The "Little Scroll" is the fine "wine" of God. The disciplinary
nature of the Spirit of this "wine" was intended for their spirit
readjustment. (Eph 4:12,13).
The irreversible consequences are
that Jehovah will fill his enemies with the Spirit of His condemnation. Evidence
that Jehovah has already begun to dash "one against another, both the
fathers and the sons, at the same time" is the prevalence of wars on
earth. Since 1983, millions have been embroiled in fighting being waged in 75
countries, causing an estimated death toll of 40,000 per month. Millions more
have died through drought, famine and disease. Oh, the potency of His
"wine"! They are being dashed "one against another" on the
exalted "mountains" of their false gods and demonic teachings
causing their gloom. (13:16).
This Judgement of God is the consequence of having conditioned themselves and/or
other humans as gods (as false prophets, apostate priests and visionaries of
their own making, etc). (13:13).
Schooled in evil, they have become as unchangeable as a leopard's spots. (13:23 NEB).
When they drink the Spirit "wine" of Judgement from God, there
will be no mercy, only ruination. (13:14).
As a modern-day example: It
would have been far better for Ethiopians (Nubians, Cushites) to have become accustomed to the
discipline of the Spirit "wine" of God as it was made known
through His anointed temple class, so that they could carry out the Lord's
requirements in their lives. For then, the potency and quantity of the Spirit
"wine" from God would not cause them spirit "drunkenness"
and ruin through having to drink it all at once in the Judgement of God.
