EVENTS ON EARTH HERALDING THE COMING Some of the events heralding the incoming Rule of Almighty God in fulfilment of Divine prophecies are described below. The blowing of the seventh "trumpet" will herald the beginning of the Rule of God from a "new heaven" over a "new earth". (Rev 21:1-4). This has been long-awaited by all true Christians. Compare photograph (1) on Page 18/1/94B of the "great earthquake" that occurred in Mexico City in 1985 with the Judgement of God against all idol worship there. Events relating to the Mexico City earthquake were consistent with the "earthquake" in the spiritual "land" of God. Each was a great earthquake, in which a tenth of the City fell, with seven thousand men killed. It marks the end of the second woe, and the third woe "coming quickly": The blowing of the seventh "trumpet" heralding that the kingdom of the world is "the Kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will rule as King forever and ever." (Rev 11:13-15).

2:30,31 (NEB): "I will show portents in the sky and on
earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke; the sun shall be
turned into darkness and the moon into blood
before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes." We
witnessed black smoke billowing into the sky as Kuwaiti oil fields were set
ablaze by Iraqi forces retreating from the allied advance. In the minds of Iraqi
victims and wound Compare photograph (3) on Page 18/1/94B with Revelation 8:8 (NEB): "a great blazing mountain was hurled into the sea" from which "a third of the ships on it foundered." This "mountain" was created by a nuclear test explosion at Bikini Atoll in 1946. Compare photograph (4) on Page 18/1/94B with Revelation 13:11-13: "And I saw another wild beast ascending out of the earth, and it had two horns like a lamb, but it began speaking as a dragon... even making fire come down from heaven to earth before men's eyes". (See NEB). The "two horns" are Scientific (Horn 1) and Industrial (Horn 2) developments past and present. Almighty God permitted the astronauts of the 'Challenger' rocket to die to signal to the world His Judgement of hazardous scientific endeavours in space worshipped by men. On recently demolished former industrial landscapes in Britain, deluded men erect images to memorialize past industrial endeavours.
THE DESTINY OF ALL MANKIND. "As for those who have kept to the way laid down by the Most High, this is what is appointed for them when their time comes to leave their mortal bodies. During their stay on earth they served the Most High in spite of constant hardship and danger, and kept to the last letter of the Law given them by the Lawgiver. Their reward is this: first they shall exult to see the glory of God who will receive them as His own, and then they shall enter into rest in seven appointed stages of joy. Their first joy is their victory in the long fight against their inborn impulses to evil, which have failed to lead them astray from life into death. Their second joy is to see the souls of the wicked wandering ceaselessly, and the punishment in store for them. Their third joy is the good report given of them by their Maker, that throughout their life they kept the Law with which they were entrusted. Their fourth joy is to understand the rest which they are now to share in the storehouses, guarded by angels in deep silence, and the glory waiting for them in the next age. Their fifth joy is the contrast between the corruptible world they have escaped and the future life that is to be their possession, between the cramped laborious life from which they have been set free and the spacious life which will soon be theirs to enjoy for ever and ever. Their sixth joy will be the revelation that they are to shine like stars, never to fade or die, with faces radiant as the sun. Their seventh joy, the greatest joy of all, will be the confident and exultant assurance which will be theirs, free from all fear and shame, as they press forward to see face to face the One whom they served in their lifetime, and from whom they are now to receive their reward in glory." (2 Esdras 7:78-98 NEB).
Important is the question: Do
you serve God? For to serve Him, one must have (Cont. on Page 18/1/94B).
